The buffet breakfast was surprisingly good, with delicious sausages and bacon. the staff were friendly and helpful, going out of their way to find a Time Out magazine for me. the hotel had a great location, with easy access to public transportation and close to attractions. Plus, the free WiFi with a strong signal was a big bonus.
The TV in our room had a poor signal and didn't work initially, but it was fixed the next day. the toilet in our room had a fault that caused it to make noise throughout the night, which was quite bothersome.

The hotel's location was great. It was close to three tube stations, making it easy to get around this city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Additionally, the breakfast had more options than expected and was delicious.

Smooth check-in process and accommodating staff. The room, although compact, was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. Basic breakfast included. Good location with nice restaurants nearby. I would recommend Holiday Inn Express for a comfortable and hassle-free stay in London.
